The App and website is for your personal use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, script, code, or procedures obtained from the use of the App or website.

Subscriptions

If you activate your account (subscribe), you agree to the terms and conditions herein and you hereby authorize Shopify to charge your credit card the current subscription price / month so long as your account is active. Furthermore, SOURCE Web Solutions, Inc., reserves the right the change pricing and subscription fees without notice. In such case, your subscription fee will remain unchanged and new prices will apply to new customers. SOURCE Web Solutions, Inc. does not offer refunds, rebates or discounts to existing customers when prices change.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the App in your Shopify Store Administration and we will immediately remove your account data and stop all billing. After a 10 day grace period, we will destroy all App data you have created for sales including products you have synchronized with our App.

Payment Methods and Security Policies

We absolutely do not store any credit card information on our servers. All billing is done through your primary Shopify account/store.

Refunds, Rebates, Discounts

In the case of cancellation, we do not offer refunds for any remaining days left in the month.

Limits of Liability

SOURCE Web Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for Hosting outages caused by our hosting providers be it Shopify, GoDaddy, Inc., Digital Ocean, or Amazon Web Services. In the event of an outage, we will work with our suppliers to restore services as soon as possible. In no way will SOURCE Web Solutions, Inc., it's owners, officers, affiliates, holding companies, contractors, or employees be responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, as a results of interruption to our services, interruptions in communications between our services and Shopify, or discount pricing errors which may result from service interruption.

Conditions of Use

As a condition of your use of the App and website, you warrant to SOURCE Web Solutions, Inc. that you will not use these servies for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the App or website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or website or interfere with any other party's use of these services.

These terms and conditions supercede any prior communications be it written or oral. By using the SimplySale App or website, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.
